Materials:

6 skeins Bernat Softee Chunky ,each skein is approximately 164 yards.

One size I-9 crochet hook.

Gauge:
9 sts, 10 rows = 3x3 square


Ch 59

Row 1 1 dc into 4^th ch from hook, 1 dc into next ch, [2 dctog over next 2 ch] twice, 1 dc into next ch, 2 dc’s into next ch, * 2 dc into next ch, 1 dc into next ch, [2 dctog over next 2 ch] twice, 1 dc into next ch, 2 dc into next ch, * repeat from * to * to end.

Row 2 Ch 3 turn, 1 dc into first dc, 1 dc into next dc, [2 dctog over next 2 sts] twice, 1 dc into next dc, 2 dc’s into next dc, * 2 dc into next dc, 1 dc into next dc, [2 dctog, over next 2 sts] twice, 1 dc into next dc, 2 dc into next dc, * repeat from * to * to last c3, work 2 dc’s into last ch 3, ch 3 and turn.

Rows 3-4 change color, repeat row 2.

Row 5 change color repeat row 2.

Repeat rows 2-5 until piece is 60” or desired length.


Edging, using opposite colors up each side work 2 sc’s into the ends of each row to end, using opposite colors on each side.
